The bonus rules that cancel your winnings without telling you
After reading this you will know the five conditions that can zero out a casino bonus or its winnings, even when you followed the wagering requirement.
The maximum win cap keeps working after you clear it
The casino's terms state: once the maximum win limit has been reached and the funds are credited to your balance, any further winnings generated from those funds are still treated as bonus proceeds. The operator can void anything above the original cap, even after the money has moved into your balance.
This applies to Combo Boost, where the maximum win is €10,000. If your boosted payout hits €10,000 and you keep playing with it, winnings above that €10,000 line are not automatically yours to keep. The cap does not stop applying once the money lands in your account.
The same clause appears for no-deposit style activities: winnings above the stated limit cannot be treated as real money or cash balance at all.
Not all games count the same toward wagering
On the 150% first deposit casino bonus, slots contribute 100% of what you stake toward the 20x wagering requirement. Roulette, blackjack, poker, live casino, and Aviator contribute only 10%. Baccarat contributes 0% — money staked there does nothing toward clearing the bonus.
Example: deposit €10, the minimum. You receive a 150% bonus, so €15 in bonus funds (well under the €1,000 cap). Wagering is 20x the bonus, meaning €300 must be wagered. Bet that €300 through slots and it counts in full. Bet it through baccarat and none of it counts — the requirement stays at €300 no matter how much you've staked there.
The Double up casino bonus uses the same contribution split, but on a 30x wagering requirement instead of 20x.
Crash games have a minimum cash-out multiplier
In Aviator, Crash, and Spaceman-style games, a bet only counts toward wagering if you cash out at 1.30 or higher. Cash out earlier — say at 1.10 — and that stake does not contribute, even though slots contribute 100% in the same bonus.
Betting on both outcomes doesn't count
Opposite-outcome live casino bets — Black and Red, Odd and Even, Home and Away, placed together — do not count toward wagering. This closes the option of covering both sides of a live table bet to grind through a requirement with minimal risk.
One account, one first deposit bonus
Only one first deposit bonus can be claimed per account. There is no version of the 150% first deposit casino bonus for a second deposit, a second card, or a second attempt — the terms limit it to one per account, full stop.
Both the welcome bonus and the reload bonus also give the casino the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, under the general terms and conditions.
Read what counts before you play: which games contribute, what multiplier you need to cash out at, and what happens to winnings above the cap — because the terms let the operator claw those back even after they hit your balance.
